Lenny is a quiet man whom people assume is retarded but actually, he suffers from shell shock from his military days. Lenny, often referred to as Happy because of his humorless outlook on life, had once been an operative for the Covert Intelligence Division and they pull him back in for a top secret mission. Given a clown suit as a guise, Happy believes he is to work on an assignment against the assassination of the President. However, actually the CID plans to carry out their own plan against he nation’s leader and Happy is the fall guy. What does the clown part have to do with anything? That would be telling!
